Incentive pay only paid out at end of quarter and is subject to “land grabs” which make it nearly impossible to earn your entire on track earnings even if you achieve or over exceed quota.

Overall, a good company. Culture Amp is having to figure out its sales org and it’s required a lot of sacrifice, but once that’s figured out it’d be an amazing place to work. Tons of good people and a lot of customers are raving fans.

I am cautiously hopeful about working at Culture Amp. Lots of changes on the horizon that appear to be optimistic and at least in theory are going to be beneficial for myself as a seller. Having said that, the industry is currently experiencing a lot of turbulence so I am sure working at Culture Amp it's a similar experience as with other tech organizations.
