There are some changes happening in the company that are tough to predict where it is going. Overall a good experience, but struggling with engagement and quota attainment, im sure like every other company right now

The good old days are gone. Culture & values has been replaced w/ unqualified leaders, unfair & irrational processes, & just general apathy (especially in sales). Culture Amp could get away with a bogus comp package b/c it had such a thriving culture, but now we are all just underpaid and miserable

Great culture, lots of inbound leads in SMB, MM wasn’t doing well when I was there so I decided to leave. Remote work, great work life balance, earning potential was low in SMB for high performers
