Would have stayed for years, but management made it a shameless tactic of managing and PIP'ing members out, silent firing, and numerous accounts of HR & mental health complaints from reps. Nepotism within specific org contributed to a herd mentality of mgmt that fell in line with poor leadership style. 75%+ reps leave org within 8-16 months due to such issues. Reps that left, were managed out, or outright quit suffered as a result of specific management styles that berated reps, disrespecting them in full view of the org. would not recommend. org leadership acts as if the logo is enough a privilege for reps to have any seat there, and treat them as they wish, until they leave. have witnessed and seen former employees legally threatened and careers negatively impacted by sales org tactics post-employment.
