What comp support do they provide to help new hires be successful? (ie. non-recoverable draw?) How long is ramp?
More QuestionsHow important is it to have a security background for the sales interview process? Is this knowledge rigorously tested or are they more concerned about one's sales methodology & approach/trainings?
For an Account Manager Role, the recruiter told me they may not have much flexibility on the OTE but could offer some extra RSU. How flexible are they with that?
