In an account exec type role, do sellers keep ownership of accounts for a period of time to enable upselling or are they handed off to a separate account team?

More QuestionsFor an Account Manager Role, the recruiter told me they may not have much flexibility on the OTE but could offer some extra RSU. How flexible are they with that? Additionally, as sales, we get stock grants as part of bonus/commissions?How important is it to have a security background for the sales interview process?
