It was amazing but it is changing. Cradlepoint was acquired by Ericsson and has changed the culture.

Fantastic company, product, leadership. However, quota setting (very arbitrary and not aligned to reality at the rep level) and leadership's view (that as long as they make their number at the highest level, they are successful) make succeeding here as an individual contributor difficult.
