Fantastic company, product, leadership. However, quota setting (very arbitrary and not aligned to reality at the rep level) and leadership's view (that as long as they make their number at the highest level, they are successful) make succeeding here as an individual contributor difficult. If you are happy with making a bit more than your base, you'll love Cradlepoint. Want to hit/exceed quota regularly, look elsewhere.

Overall, my experience at the job was positive due to the great company culture. However, there was a noticeable lack of communication between teams, and it often felt like we were working in silos.

It was amazing but it is changing. Cradlepoint was acquired by Ericsson and has changed the culture.
