Coursera is a good company to work for, however there are lots of things it can improve on. Unfortunately it seems to be going in the opposite direction it should be.

My overall experience was that the GTM team is generally all great to work with - but Coursera is severely lacking PMF in enterprise, specifically coursera for business, and is churning customers like crazy right now. Not investing in product fundamentals with an over-reliance of AI as a strategy.

Things are deteriorating fast in the Enterprise segment. There is a lack of sales culture with most senior leadership in the sales org having a lack of sales experience. Predominantly Coursera is a Consumer business and all resources in the org are aligned around driving consumer revenue, not b2b.
