Former Employee2.7Sep 26, 2023My overall experience was that the GTM team is generally all great to work with - but Coursera is severely lacking PMF in enterprise, specifically coursera for business, and is churning customers like crazy right now. Not investing in product fundamentals with an over-reliance of AI as a strategy.

Current Employee4.0Oct 19, 2023Overall very positive in 2-3 years at Coursera. Being a remote-first company has its challenges with respect to developing a culture so you will likely meet with your customers more than your colleagues. You get the results based on what you put in here. Very much a sink-or-swim environment.
