Current Employee My overall experience at Coro has been moderate. There is not a great base salary, the commission structure has changed several times without prior warning. The development and career path is the worst I've seen or heard of. There is zero training offered for the next role besides personal development outside of work hours. Our entire job is cold calling, we have now begun to prospect which has made the role somewhat bearable. If you're looking for a full-cycle sales roll that will help you in professional development, look elsewhere.
-Also CRO makes very offhanded comments about different issues going on in the states and abroad, this creates an oddly tense environment for anyone who is not a straight white male.
