Absolutely horrifying experience. Hitting quota is nearly impossible unless you're one of the few reps who get handed opportunities. Morale is low across the board—it's essentially a pipeline-generation sweatshop. Everyone is expected to build their own pipeline from scratch, with no SDR support and entirely cold books. The market is oversaturated with competition, and management is completely disorganized. This place sets you up to fail. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

My overall experience was terrible. A bunch of white males berating employees and running them into the ground. No lead flow. Poor product market fit. Enterprise reps are basically highly paid BDRs. Unfortunately there is lots of churn and shifting priorities. IMO this is resulting in poor company performance. I watched them cut reps right around the time it “clicked”. It created a cascading effect of pushing more burden on newer people. If you speak up you might not be around.
