My overall experience was terrible. A bunch of white males berating employees and running them into the ground. No lead flow. Poor product market fit. Enterprise reps are basically highly paid BDRs. And when a real opportunity presents itself, it gets handed to the favorite rep of the sales manager. Also sales management has no idea how to coach sellers or even sell this product. One has a security background and only thinks people care about security, he has no idea why observability matters.

Unfortunately there is lots of churn and shifting priorities. IMO this is resulting in poor company performance. I watched them cut reps right around the time it “clicked”. It created a cascading effect of pushing more burden on newer people. If you speak up you might not be around.
