Such a great product market fit. Customers love to work with this headless CMS. Churn rate very low! ELT and mid management is changing strategy a lot - lots of obstacles for AEs to concentrate on the actual job - selling!

Overall quite negative, the new leadership that has been brought in is very unlikeable and the territories are increasingly slim. Very toxic atmosphere, people are worried that they can lose their job at anytime. The whole culture shifted since the new VP for EMEA joined. The company hired him to trim their staff without classifying them as layoffs. Good people have been pushed out so they can be replaced with cheaper/junior sales people.
