This has been the best company I have worked for since I started my career in sales. The culture is great, they really take care of us as reps and we all work together to strive to be better.

Harddddcore sales role with micromanagement like you wouldn't believe. They recently changed their sales structure to a pooling system instead of a "work-you-own-leads" system. Bar a few months where barely any reps hit target, they did a good job of setting realistic goals for BDRs. Upward mobility is lacking and management is not transparent enough, but there is an okay amount of inbound flow.
