Former Employee3.1Jun 19, 2024Worked along side some great people. Comp plan designed with a cap at a certain % over quota. This cap serves to demotivate reps towards the end of a quarter. Senior management is not at all in touch with sales and account management. Too many internal meetings and not enough resources to effectively do your job (i.e. no CRM, no prospecting tools, etc.).

Sometimes the previous reps also get you blocked from calling and emailing. Too much spray & pray which is why it's hard to get anything going in this day and age. 60 dials makes sense if you are completely new with no buying accounts.
