Former Employee2.9Jun 28, 2024My overall experience was that the company still focuses primarily on hardware sales and hasn't evolved to solutions sales including platform, cloud vendor, artificial intelligence, and user experience. The CRM platforms are disjointed and partially antiquated.

In-house CRM from Windows 95, worst data hygiene of any company I've ever worked for. Micromanaging based on non-revenue generating activities and a complete disconnect from the sales engineers to account managers (glorified underpaid untrained BDRs).
