Company still undergoing transition, but with huge potential if the organisation can learn to not sell just to technical buyers. Excellent remote-first model, but struggling with too many levels of management slowing down decision making and approvals, as well as too much complexity in the overall go to market model.

overall a nice company, which offerd a lot in the past, but is now growing too fast & hires the wrong people. No opportunity to develop career anymore and not many people hitting quater.
