Company still undergoing transition, but with huge potential if the organisation can learn to not sell just to technical buyers. Excellent remote-first model, but struggling with too many levels of management slowing down decision making and approvals, as well as too much complexity in the overall go to market model.

Lack of headcount for AE roles means little to no SDR to AE promotions. SDR management/Leadership has changed drastically and often in the past 2 years. No proven method of success. Massive rebuild/restructure over last two years. Growing pains of a company going from 1.5k to 3k employees.
