Great opportunity if you're motivated. Leadership is great. The market is kind of saturated with managed solutions, but with the acquisition of Masergy, we have the strongest position in the market over the next few years.

The Sales Engineering team culture is excellent, however in my current space the sales team is under-qualified and under-performing. Working for a Fortune 500 company means it can be tough to get fired - which cuts both ways.

Difficult company to sell for, management is old school (pre covid) selling style, majority of sales come from existing customers, mid market and SMB fight for the same deals and its first to signature.
