The experience is based on your immediate leadership involvement during ramp. If you don't figure out how to get partnerships early on they will let you go based off metrics from your funnel not overall performance.

Very diverse employee body, and great benefits like stock options. discounted internet, cable, and phone service to employees. Thorough training of systems and sales organization. strict 40-hour work weeks, no working more than 40 hours on company time.
