Overall experience is good, base pay is solid and comp plan is fair. Challenging part is navigating such a large company and getting problems solved in a timely manner to keep the partners and customer happy.

Comcast Business was by far the worst work experience I have ever had. I was an account executive in the Heartland Region, working in two territories. Management was atrocious, training was a good concept but then follow through and continued coaching did not exist. Your on ramp for 6 months, after that if you don't average 75% performance attainment in a 60 day rolling period you go on stage 1 PIP this cycle continues until you go on stage 3 after stage 3 if you can't manage to average 75% attainment you will be let go from the company.
