Difficult company to sell for, management is old school (pre covid) selling style, majority of sales come from existing customers, mid market and SMB fight for the same deals and its first to signature.

Overall experience is good, base pay is solid and comp plan is fair. Challenging part is navigating such a large company and getting problems solved in a timely manner to keep the partners and customer happy.

My overall experience was great at first, then they promoted a Residential Sales Manager to Director of Enterprise sales and it was not the same. You can not have a succesful Enterprise B2B team doing business like a residental B2C team and expect to succeed.
