Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall the company has great potential for a lengthy career. The team I was on however was not current on competition as they only considered other telecom companies vs IT service companies as competitors in the Managed Service space that I was supposed to be focused on.
Additionally my role was supposed to have a defined set of accounts however leadership never provided and was only focused on legacy landline solutions and recruiting employees from that industry. I know there are leaders within the organization however my team barely had a manager.
