Overall the company has experienced consistent churn in the executive ranks. A new regime that is disconnected from the business. A product that has many issues, including some very poor underlying architecture and inability to search the catalog. A disfunctional product organisation. Endless RIFs, everyone wondering if they are next. So many good leaders have left. Just another organisation whose espoused values do not align with the lived experience. A disappointing experience.
