My overall experience at Collibra was very bad. The culture is toxic and leadership is a revolving door. The company repeatedly misses targets and makes mass layoffs to account for the missed revenue. Leadership is engineering based and lacks real sales acumen. Most lead through spreadsheets and add little value in the field. I would steer any friends far away from accepting a sales role there.

Great company however eliminated the BDR organization to focus on marketing. My understanding is that AEs are now expected to do all their outbound prospecting

Good company, growing pains. Somewhat optimistic for the future based on the new ai governance product offering
