Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee A very difficult job. There are good people in leadership here and there, but the system itself fosters unhealthy competition for good leads/accounts. There is no policing for cheating as long as the company makes revenue, which has harmed several reps.
I had the highest outbound calls/emails for several months in a row for my region, but without the right accounts, it was largely worthless. Effort is not rewarded--just result.
There is no marketing effort, as it is only a B2B company. The sales rep is responsible for carrying the burden of branding while cold-calling.
It's still possible, but not for the faint of heart.
Also, the CEO has iterated multiple times that reps will never work from home unless they retire quota (which very few do), and it's only month to month. Browse Other Reviews
