It's a cold call center. Tenured reps tend to have a hold on the best quality accounts, and it is not a good fit for SMBs generally unless they are in one of our lit buildings (not a ton). All in all, difficult to make a sale, environment will depend entirely on each offices management.

I would have rather been laid off than been transitioned into a Direct role for this company. Daily Channel conflict, no clear process and or procedure and absolutely zero thought about how the companies decisions will impact the customer! The epitome of a toxic work environment!
