I wouldn’t say the benefits outside of compensation opportunity is great, and it is hard to make it. Most hired will be terminated within the first 6 months. But if you are a rep that can succeed here, the sky is the limit as far as what you are able to earn.

It is a wiry from office 5 days per week from 8am-5pm. If you are willing to grind and work very hard, you can good money at a very stable business.
