Company is solid financially and run very efficiently. First year is the hardest as you are building your book of business. It is a wiry from office 5 days per week from 8am-5pm. If you are willing to grind and work very hard, you can good money at a very stable business.

The company over hires. They prioritize activity over skill. Leadership is set in their ways and refuses to learn new and more effective ways to go-to-market. Turnover is extremely high.

Very poorly run sales org in my opinion, with no unique value prop. Reps constantly cold call into the same set of prospect companies, creating a really bad customer experience. High-pressure, dog-eat-dog environment.
