Tenured reps tend to have a hold on the best quality accounts, and it is not a good fit for SMBs generally unless they are in one of our lit buildings (not a ton). All in all, difficult to make a sale, environment will depend entirely on each offices management.

I wouldn’t say the benefits outside of compensation opportunity is great, and it is hard to make it. Most hired will be terminated within the first 6 months. But if you are a rep that can succeed here, the sky is the limit as far as what you are able to earn.
