Its a 0 support sales role but they will absolutely give you time to grow into it. If you have 5+ years to hit quota or are comfortable with the salary (which ranges massively from 50k-100k all depending on years of exp) its not a bad gig at all.

Management brags about the fact that if a rep is bad at least they fell into an opportunity or two another rep can work. If need a job, this is the place. If you have a standard or expectation of what a sales org should be, don’t work there.
