Base salary is okay but 0.001% of the whole sales org is probably hitting quota or even selling anything. The structure of the business and how the salespeople are segmented are horrendous it's like they don't understand how to make money and the CEO is so thick-headed that things will never change. They restrict you from going after opportunity and their services are so niche those restrictions make sure you don't make money. The people who are making money are the ones that have been there 7-10 years + and hoarding all of the accounts.
