Overall experience was not good. Old leads keep circulating from AE to AE. The company's trying to sell a $2000 commercial internet to SMB businesses that don't need it.

Overall a bit underpaid, but good product and good training

It's a cold call center. Tenured reps tend to have a hold on the best quality accounts, and it is not a good fit for SMBs generally unless they are in one of our lit buildings (not a ton). All in all, difficult to make a sale, environment will depend entirely on each offices management.
