This company has really negative culture with questionable leadership. Mysoginistic and racist remarks by CEO encouraged my departure, along with low pay and shrinking costs in increasingly competitive market. Lack of tools to effectively manage workflows created additional and unnecessary challenges. No remote work option and sales reps are non-exempt employees who were forbidden from working outside of 8-5 or more than 40 hours per week. Avoid this place

Avoid working here at all costs unless you are really in need of a job. Base salary is okay but 0.001% of the whole sales org is probably hitting quota or even selling anything.
