Daily Channel conflict, no clear process and or procedure and absolutely zero thought about how the companies decisions will impact the customer! The epitome of a toxic work environment!

Tenured reps tend to have a hold on the best quality accounts, and it is not a good fit for SMBs generally unless they are in one of our lit buildings (not a ton). All in all, difficult to make a sale, environment will depend entirely on each offices management.

Former Employee1.6Jul 2, 2024Cogent was a horrible experience for me. The company has bad pay, horrible leadership, and no opportunity for growth. In 2021 when asked about diversity in leadership, the CEO stated that the talent pool wasn't available and that the company could not find female or diverse candidates with the requisite experience to be hired in leadership or engineering roles. ...Read More
