Very poorly run sales org in my opinion, with no unique value prop. Reps constantly cold call into the same set of prospect companies, creating a really bad customer experience. High-pressure, dog-eat-dog environment.

Cogent is a great place to get started in telecommunication's sales. I wouldn’t say the benefits outside of compensation opportunity is great, and it is hard to make it. Most hired will be terminated within the first 6 months. But if you are a rep that can succeed here, the sky is the limit as far as what you are able to earn.

Company is solid financially and run very efficiently. First year is the hardest as you are building your book of business. It is a wiry from office 5 days per week from 8am-5pm. If you are willing to grind and work very hard, you can good money at a very stable business.
