Cofense has some great Fortune 1000 clients and in general their services are good. Although, Management "appears to listen" and say they want feedback but they "know best" and don't seem to truly understand why prospective clients are not buying. My experience with the organization was great till they started making internal moves and decisions while blindsiding the team with fake promises and random company restructures. The company bought another company and promoted a solution for SMB and MM only however it was a wet noodle and lost the company a lot as we couldn't POC it and prospects were not buying it....Read More

My overall experience was good in 2021 but the company lacked vision and products that were acquired did not work and had many issues which led to mis management and eventually reduction in force (RIF)
