My experience with the organization was great till they started making internal moves and decisions while blindsiding the team with fake promises and random company restructures. The company bought another company and promoted a solution for SMB and MM only however it was a wet noodle and lost the company a lot as we couldn't POC it and prospects were not buying it. The COO, CEO, and other leaders left and the organization did a few RIFs here and there. I hope the company goes back to its good days though.

My overall experience was positive. Great team members all trying their best but company not funded to level to maintain product investment and marketing investment to compete in crowded ICES space.

The company was losing its competitive edge against competitors. While my direct manager was excellent the overall top management was not very empathetic.
