Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Cofense has some great Fortune 1000 clients and in general their services are good. Although, Management "appears to listen" and say they want feedback but they "know best" and don't seem to truly understand why prospective clients are not buying. Their actions (or inactions) speak louder than words. The only interaction from management is when they are angry and call an all hands sales meeting to scold sales. Management seems to lack the bigger picture and really doesn't want to truly understand why they aren't growing and why their competitor has leapfrogged them in size and revenue. They are losing marketshare and customers fast. The sales management team seems "checked out" and non responsive. They act like they don't want to be there. They were going to leave but the current CEO asked them to stay a little longer. The company is not being received well from prospective clients and they are shrinking not growing. They've been continually laying people off with minimal hiring over the past few years. After one of the major layoffs, the VP of sales posted a picture of himself "working poolside". The new CEO has good intentions and but has a tough road ahead. Browse Other Reviews
