Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee High retention rates for top performers but not many reps hitting quota in the last couple of years. No biz dev team has hit quota in at least two years. VPs and middle management all care and want everyone’s success, but upper management is setting unattainable quotas so morale and pay are lower than they should be. Highest ranks of the company don’t really understand the value of sales and seem to always place far more value in the consulting team thinking they do all the work in selling. Lots of great people and an awesome industry, and the client base is incredible. But the quotas are insanely high. Browse Other Reviews
