Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Lots of calling on brokers and agents who don’t respect your time. Some brokers are incredibly nice while aren’t, it’s 50/50 depending on when you catch them. Overall it’s a huge company with good leadership and brokers have to use the product if they want to be successful. Pressure to hit your metrics comes down to your manager, mine was amazing. But I’ve seen others who are very micromanaging. Honestly it’s a fast growing company and you work with great people.
