I see CoStar is hiring a bunch of new reps for Suite and Information Services. Can anyone shed some light on what base and OTE earning one should expect, and how are the commissions calculated? Coming from an Enterprise Sales background with ~5 years experience.

Are there frequent changes to the compensation plan at CoStar Group? How does the company determine sales territories?

Are sales targets at CoStar Group feasible and achievable? Have they seen a rise or decline in the past few quarters?
