I think this job can be fine if you're in certain cities or somehow inherit a great book but otherwise this entire experience was a struggle. Training was the worst I have ever received in my career. CoStar has 1,300+ sales people and counting. Your experience there is completely dependent on situation. You have reps with outstanding books of business who have it made. You have great reps with horrible managers and your life is miserable. Some divisions are way worse than others. Avoid LoopNet, Ten-X at all costs.
