Not a bad place to get started. Compensation is severely low and glass ceiling is also severely low for minorities

Lots of calling on brokers and agents who don’t respect your time. Some brokers are incredibly nice while aren’t, it’s 50/50 depending on when you catch them. CoStar has 1,300+ sales people and counting. Your experience there is completely dependent on situation. You have reps with outstanding books of business who have it made. You have great reps with horrible managers and your life is miserable. Some divisions are way worse than others. Avoid LoopNet, Ten-X at all costs.
