Current Employee3.3Jul 10, 2024Homes.com is a growing division with a high-paced but high-reward atmosphere. Still building out sales processes so it operates like a start-up. Need more reps to achieve quota as its pretty feast or famine. The Head of Sales Andy Stearns is a great leader and trustworthy so lots of unknowns but I trust he will set us up well in long term

Current Employee3.7Nov 12, 2024You can make good money fast but micro management is rough and sales turn over is high.
Former Employee3.6Jul 10, 2023Deal size ranged from $200 - $15000. Sold a variety of services at different price points. Emphasis was really heavy in the wrong KPIs. And it is absolutely market dependent. Product costs vary by market, yet targets are the same. So small markets have to sell twice as much. Training is 5 weeks on site in VA (fortunately mine was remote due to Covid )
