Growth at all costs, churn and burn operation. In my career, I've never had so much scrutiny on "how many calls did I make in a day". This is the only metric for sales leadership, not pipeline, not revenue. I would best describe this culture as an "Orum labor camp". The team is regularly scolded and yelled at on all hands calls. When folks do participate, they get publicly shamed for being "wrong" or missing the point.
This was not scalable. Bring in throughout leadership, nurture and enable your people. Read the room.. forceful folks who want to implement what worked at Snowflake 10 years ago are not going to get buy in from a team that's STARVING. We were all brought in on the promise of the next big thing, a rocket ship. There's a better comparison, and it involves a big ship in the North Atlantic. Browse Other Reviews
