Hired as an enterprise rep, mostly had commercial accounts and nearly half were duplicate accounts owned by other reps. Decent product but very niche, mostly competing against aws native backup. There were reps closing some big deals, but those were outliers. Majority of the sales reps weren't generating pipeline and weren't closing deals. Very hard to be successful here.

company has a good product, high base pay/OTE, but refuses to address the glaring needs sales has to be successful. Instead, they just hire AEs without having the pipeline/accounts to support. The vast majority of reps fail and are fired within 12-18 months

Comp plan is very good, but it’s feast or famine. Maybe 10% of the reps are crushing quote, while the rest are selling pretty much nothing. There’s potential for a ton of money to be made, but you do risk spending your time at Clumio with nothing but smaller upsells to inherited companies.
