Company are on the run to get sold or back on IPO track, high focus to renewals but no real idea of New customers. No Marketing support no Leads no SE attached. From management they think that this is the place to be and if you like that Idea your are good if not... but you are fighting against the whole IT market outside with no brandawareness.

I received a promotion and promised higher compensation but after 6 months of being told different things they said it's not in cards for this year. No cost of living adjustment or anything

Changes made upon going private, including eliminating RSUs and not paying them out to field employees really impacted morale and caused a number of good people to leave. It was once a great place to work.
