Passionate leadership team making aggressive push across insurance, corporates, and asset management. Dominate corporate and insurance markets, whereas, asset management space is getting significant investment through product, r&d, and strategic acquisitions. Onboarding needs to be further reiterated to help reps onboard quicker. Need finance and SaaS experience to excel in role given clients and prospects you work with.

The CRO is one of the worst leaders I have ever worked for in my life. Very fear based, talks down to his team, and does not know anything about sales because he’s never carried a quota. He would likely not last a second at another publicly traded tech company.

Overall I have a great appreciation for my direct leadership. Some of the best talent at the director level across the sales org. Great people to work with, but wish Marketing could come together and work better together as a team.
