I really liked the leadership, team and product but in APAC we struggled with the relative immaturity of the market and product market fit. These two factors, coupled with the economic headwind, made the selling environment extremely challenging.

The cliquey culture rewards how you play the game vs the actual value you bring to the business and its customers. More than anywhere else I’ve worked, the level of brown-nosing you do plays an huge hand in whether you advance or get canned. Lots of re-orgs and layoffs.
