Top down leadership with very little local empowerment. Spreadsheet decisions.

Well run company. Great training and development resources. Unfortunately it feels at times that senior leadership wants Cisco to be a faction of the DNC rather than a publicly traded company. At lower levels the politics go away and we just focus on serving customers, which is what matters.
