Current Employee4.1Dec 12, 2023for the most part I enjoyed my time at Cisco, managers were reliable and had your back, co-workers as well, upper management however tended to have big ideas but no real way to implement them. Which meant it fell to us to implement it. The phrase building the plane as it was flying comes to mind.

Then the culture completely changed, managers started micro managing, personal things shared in confidence to my manager were later used against me, doubled my goal in 1 year with no new customers or new product with customers on a 3-5 year buying cycle.
