I really enjoyed my time and experience with Cisco but unfortunately I ran into a manager that wanted to push me out so I left after 14 years with the firm before that manager could get rid of me; so don't let that deter you. The company is solid. The pay is solid. Highly recommend Cisco for anyone interested in a challenge and a chance to earn a great living in sales or technology.

The new leadership from Palo Alto is out of touch with the real challenges sellers are facing. Lots of layoffs. Plus they changed the commission structure to make it mods difficult to hit accelerators (which was the best part about working at Cisco).
